Wallpaper - Spring Florals in Vase I

Our Spring Florals in Vase I wallpaper by Yvette St. Amant brings the timeless charm of an Impressionist still life directly to your interior. The design features a lush bouquet of roses and peonies in soft pink, sunny yellow, and earthy tones, settled in a blue ceramic-look vase with soft sage green foliage. Broad, visible oil brushstrokes give the floral composition a rich painterly texture, while the balanced placement creates an inviting focal point on the wall. Produced as made-to-measure mural wallpapers on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, our wallpapers are straightforward to hang in any room.

In the room

Because the composition centers on a painterly still life, we like using this design where the full arrangement has room to breathe. In a dining room or living room, it works wonderfully as an accent wall behind a dining table or low sofa, drawing the eye without overwhelming the rest of the space. In a bedroom or guest room, placing it behind the headboard anchors the room in soft, classic colour. The gentle balance of pink, yellow, and sage also makes it a lovely backdrop in a dedicated meditation room, quiet home office, or a welcoming entry hallway.

Styling it

The classical 19th-century influence and painterly brushwork pair naturally with heritage interiors, English country cottage settings, and eclectic spaces. We suggest styling around the design with:

• Warm wood furniture, such as honey-toned antique timber or natural oak, which complements the warm earthiness of the floral bouquet.
• Simple, unpatterned soft furnishings and tactile fabrics that let the expressive brushstrokes of the mural remain the primary visual focus.
• Classic brass or bronze metal accents on lighting and hardware to echo the traditional warmth of the still life composition.

Colour combinations

The palette within our wallpaper centres on soft pink, delicate yellow, and earthy florals, balanced by cool blue in the vase and gentle sage green in the leafy stems. For surrounding walls and woodwork, we recommend echoing the sage green or opting for soft, muted off-whites that allow the bouquet to stand out naturally. For upholstery or larger furniture pieces, subtle tones pulled from the florals or a deep slate blue inspired by the vase create a cohesive, grounded scheme.
