Wallpaper - Emerald Trellis Petite, Cloud

Our Emerald Trellis Petite, Cloud wallpaper presents an airy botanical grid created by slender, twisting branches and detailed green foliage. Designed by Clara Hallencreutz, the motif arranges natural leafy vines into a balanced diamond trellis against a soft, cloudy off-white backdrop. The delicate scale and open spacing give the pattern a graceful rhythm that feels light and timeless on the wall. Made to measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical paper structure, this wallpaper is straightforward to hang and easy to integrate across full rooms or accent walls.

In the room

The airy proportions of this wallpaper make it remarkably versatile across different spaces in the home. In a bedroom, we like it wrapped across all four walls to create an inviting, garden-inspired retreat that remains gentle in morning and evening light. The open background ensures that even smaller rooms or guest bedrooms retain a bright, expansive atmosphere.

We also see this design working beautifully in a hallway, dining room, or home office. Because the diagonal trellis structure provides a natural upward line, it adds a feeling of height to walls with standard ceilings. In an entryway or living room, it offers enough pattern to define the space while serving as an elegant backdrop behind upholstered seating, consoles, or built-in bookshelves.

Styling it

To complement the classic botanical character of the motif, we would pair this wallpaper with painted timber furniture in soft off-white, muted moss, or warm neutral tones. Lighter wood finishes such as ash or honey-toned timber work naturally alongside the vine details, maintaining an understated and fresh interior feel.

For textiles, simple woven fabrics and unpatterned curtains in chalky neutrals allow the branch pattern to remain the primary visual element in the room. Subtle antique brass hardware or stone surfaces introduce refined material contrasts that sit comfortably alongside the botanical theme.

Colour combinations

The pattern centres on varied tones of leaf green, olive, and deep emerald set along warm grey-brown vines, resting on a muted cloud-white ground.

When choosing surrounding colours for woodwork, ceilings, or adjacent walls, soft warm whites and chalky off-whites echo the background tone naturally. For trim, cabinetry, or painted doors, a deeper sage or muted olive green picks up the darker foliage shades to frame the wallpaper with quiet definition. Soft greige and warm stone neutrals also blend smoothly into the palette.
