In the room

We designed this mural to work exceptionally well in a nursery, toddler room, playroom, or child's bedroom. Because the animal characters and dense grass are grounded along the lower portion of the design while tall tropical leaves and hot air balloons rise into the open sky above, it creates a wonderfully balanced scene on a main feature wall.

In a nursery or bedroom, we love positioning this behind a cot or low toddler bed where the resting animals remain visible and feel like gentle companions. For a dedicated playroom, giving the design a wide, uninterrupted wall allows the full narrative repeat to unfold from the drifting balloons on the left to the tall giraffe and zebra on the right.

Styling it

The soft watercolour styling and gentle palette pair naturally with relaxed, contemporary bohemian decor. We recommend keeping larger furniture pieces relatively simple in form so the illustrated details of the wallpaper remain the focal point.
