Wallpaper - Bouquet of Chrysanthemums

Our Bouquet of Chrysanthemums wallpaper brings an artistic still life into the home, capturing a painted arrangement of full cream blossoms gathered in a warm ochre-toned vase. Created by Albena Hristova, the composition contrasts soft petals with dark green foliage against a layered backdrop of earthy taupe and brown tones, featuring visual brushstrokes and a plaster-like painted finish. Made to measure to your exact wall dimensions, this PVC-free wallpaper offers a subtle physical paper structure that complements traditional, rustic, and heritage-inspired interiors.

In the room

In a dining room or living room, this mural wallpaper works particularly well on an uninterrupted feature wall where the scale of the bouquet can be seen in full. Because the design centres around a single still life subject, placing it behind a dining table or behind a low-backed sofa keeps the main arrangement visible without feeling crowded. The earthy background palette also suits a quiet study, library, or bedroom, where the warm taupe and brown tones create an intimate, grounded atmosphere. In spaces with softer daylight or warm evening lamps, the tonal contrast between the cream petals and deep green leaves brings a gentle focal point to the room.

Styling it

We recommend pairing this design with interior elements that echo its rustic and traditional character. Furniture in warm timber or darker vintage woods complements the earthy depth of the background without competing for attention. To keep the focus on the floral artwork, surround the wall with unpatterned upholstery in cream, oatmeal, or muted olive tones. Simple decorative pieces in aged brass or matte stoneware provide an understated finish that aligns naturally with the painterly aesthetic of our wall murals.

Colour combinations

The artwork features a palette of warm cream, deep forest green, and soft ochre, set against a base of taupe and earthy brown. For surrounding walls and painted woodwork, soft warm whites and muted bone shades help the cream flowers stand out with clarity. If you prefer a richer look, pulling a deep moss green or warm taupe from the motif onto adjacent surfaces creates a cohesive, enveloping feel throughout the space.
