Wallpaper - Tropical Wonderland, Sage

Our Tropical Wonderland, Sage wallpaper, created by Karina Eibatova, brings an intricate botanical scene to the wall with fine illustrative detail. The composition gathers palm trees, banana leaves, ferns, pineapples, and exotic foliage alongside perched toucans and parrots. Set against a deep sage green backdrop, the earthy sienna and beige tones give the illustrated flora and fauna a warm, classic presence with the visual character of heritage block prints. Made-to-measure and completely PVC-free, our wallpaper is printed with a subtle physical structure in the paper and is designed to be straightforward to hang.

In the room

With its detailed repeat and rich botanical motifs, this design works especially well on a main feature wall in a living room, where larger sections of the scenery can unfold without being cut off by high furniture. In a study or home office, the dense foliage creates an immersive, grounded atmosphere behind a desk or reading corner. Because the sage background provides steady visual depth without overwhelming contrast, it also sits comfortably across dining spaces where you want natural pattern to anchor the room.

Styling it

The heritage botanical feel of the illustration pairs naturally with mid-toned or dark wood furniture, such as walnut or warm-stained oak, which echoes the earthy sienna tones throughout the leaves and birds. To keep the focus on the intricate linework, we suggest choosing quiet upholstery in natural linen, warm off-white, or muted olive. Matte brass or antique bronze accents on lamps and hardware also complement the classic illustration style without competing with the pattern.

Colour combinations

The palette centres on deep sage green, supported by warm sienna, soft beige, and earthy brown details. For surrounding walls and woodwork, muted neutral paints like warm parchment, clay, or soft stone allow the wallpaper to stand out as the primary focal point. If you want a more cohesive, enveloped look across adjacent walls or trims, deep mossy greens or rich olive tones pick up directly on the darker foliage within the print.
