Wallpaper - Paris, Je Love You

Our Paris, Je Love You wallpaper brings an expressive, fashion-inspired street scene to life through the distinctive illustrative hand of Lovisa Burfitt. Set against soft blush pink watercolor washes and oversized lettering, energetic black ink sketch lines define classic Parisian architectural elements, including an ornate vintage street lamp and a traditional news kiosk marked with "Vogue Paris". The combination of spontaneous drawing and delicate rose tones gives the motif a playful, artistic character that stands out without overwhelming a room. Printed made to measure to fit your dimensions, this PVC-free wallpaper features a subtle paper structure and is straightforward to hang.

In the room

We love how this design brings personality to spaces where you want a creative, boutique feel. It works wonderfully as a feature wall in a dressing room, bedroom, or teenage room, giving the space an instant focal point behind a bed or vanity table. Because the composition balances open, light pink background areas with detailed ink sketches, it can sit comfortably on a larger wall without making the room feel enclosed. In a home art studio or creative workspace, placing the design on a wall with good natural daylight highlights the fluid contrast between the delicate watercolor undertones and the crisp, dynamic line work.

Styling it

To let the expressive ink illustration lead the room, we suggest keeping the surrounding furniture relatively clean in profile. A contemporary or eclectic interior provides the right balance, where simple painted furniture in off-white or soft charcoal complements the sketch work without competing for attention. If you want to introduce additional warmth, natural light timber accents sit nicely alongside the blush tones. Keeping larger textiles plain rather than heavily patterned allows the graphic lettering and detailed kiosk motifs to remain the visual centrepiece.

Colour combinations

The palette is built around soft blush pink, light neutral background tones, and bold black ink lines. To create a cohesive look across adjacent painted walls, we recommend quiet off-whites, very pale rose, or gentle warm greys that echo the light background of the mural. If you prefer a sharper contrast, bringing in deeper accents through charcoal or soft black on door frames, picture mouldings, or shelving anchors the dark line art and sharpens the overall room scheme.
