Wallpaper - Tropical Florals

Our Tropical Florals wallpaper by Dina June brings together large, stylized blooms in rich reds, burgundy, and pink with bold, graphic outlines. Elongated leaves in shades of green, cream, and beige stretch across a dark backdrop, accented with fine circular dot patterns that give the foliage distinct visual depth. The flowing petals and layered botanical shapes create an energetic, rhythmic composition across the wall. Produced as made-to-measure wallpaper on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, it is straightforward to hang and provides an expressive floral backdrop.

In the room

With its large scale and strong contrast between the dark background and saturated reds, we see this working particularly well in a living room or a dedicated home art studio. In a living room, giving the wallpaper a wide, uninterrupted wall behind a main seating area allows the sweeping movement of the leaves and full flower heads to unfold without visual disruption. Because the dark ground anchors the high-contrast floral shapes, the design also suits rooms where you want to create an intimate, cocooning atmosphere without losing vibrant visual interest.

Styling it

The bold botanical forms and rich palette pair naturally with warm, grounded interior schemes:

• Choose painted furniture or deep, warm-toned woods that balance the strong burgundy and red tones rather than competing with them.
• Balance the active pattern on the walls with plain, substantial upholstery and unpatterned soft furnishings in earthy neutrals.
• Add focused low-level lighting, such as table lamps with opaque shades, to enhance the warmth of the pink and cream petals during the evening.

Colour combinations

The pattern itself is built around a palette of deep burgundy, vibrant reds, and softer pinks, supported by earthy greens, muted beige, and cream details set against a dark base. For adjacent walls and woodwork, muted cream or soft warm beige creates a clean, gentle transition that lifts the room. If you prefer a moodier, enveloping scheme, picking up the dark background tone or a deep forest green on surrounding trim and doors creates a seamless, cohesive look.
