Wallpaper - Purple Trumpet Bloom

Our Purple Trumpet Bloom wallpaper combines oversized purple foliage with soft, pale green trumpet-shaped blooms against an immersive dark blue ground. What we particularly like about this design is the balance between the broad leaves with their visible vein details and the gentle curves of the pale petals, creating a botanical motif full of depth and visual rhythm. As with all our wallpapers, this design is made-to-measure to your exact wall dimensions and printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure.

In the room

The deep background and saturated tones give this floral pattern a distinctive visual weight, making it a compelling focal point in a living room or bedroom. In a larger space with generous wall area, we would place this design along an uninterrupted main wall, allowing the layering of leaves and flowers to be appreciated without tall furniture breaking the composition. In a bedroom, installing our mural wallpapers behind the bedhead creates an enveloping backdrop that sets a calm, moody tone for the rest of the interior.

Styling it

Because the botanical motif carries rich colour and confident scale, we prefer keeping surrounding elements relatively restrained. Clean-lined furniture in darker woods or muted painted finishes anchors the room nicely without competing with the pattern. For soft furnishings, smooth woven textiles in deep tones balance the organic movement of the leaves, while occasional touches of brushed brass or warm metallic hardware offer a crisp, subtle counterpoint against the dark blue background.

Colour combinations

The palette in our wallpaper centres on deep eggplant purple, lush leafy greens, and soft pale green trumpet flowers set over a dark blue base. When choosing colours for surrounding walls, woodwork, or larger furnishings, we suggest drawing directly from the lighter botanical tones with soft sage or muted celadon to bring a fresh contrast to the room. Alternatively, pulling the deep midnight navy or charcoal blues onto adjacent walls or trim creates a rich, monochromatic atmosphere where the purple and pale green florals stand out with quiet drama.
