Designed by Avery Tillmon, our Open Arms wallpaper centers on a solitary, bare tree extending delicate dark branches across an atmospheric, textured background. Soft vertical brushstrokes and misty watercolor washes in earthy sienna, warm beige, and muted ochre create the feel of an abstract woodland. In the room

Because of the central placement of the tree and the fine spread of its crown, we like this design best on a wider, relatively uninterrupted wall where the full silhouette can be seen. In a living room, it works naturally as an artistic focal wall behind a low-backed sofa, where the upper branches remain visible across the room.
