Wallpaper - Grass Fields

In our Grass Fields wallpaper, designed by Katrina Pete, delicate botanical stems and wild meadow grasses rise from the bottom of the wall with an airy watercolour look. Translucent washes of sea green, soft sage, and muted leafy tones mingle with darker botanical details, set against a clean, luminous light backdrop. The open composition leaves generous breathing space in the upper portion, giving the motif an artistic and serene character. Printed custom made to measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, our wallpapers bring a fresh, nature-inspired feel to your interior.

In the room

We see Grass Fields working beautifully as an accent wall in a bedroom or a calm living room. Because the visual density is concentrated toward the lower half of the design while fading gently upward into open white space, it naturally grounds a room without overpowering it. In a bedroom, placing this wall mural behind a low bed frame allows the painted botanical stems to bloom softly above headboard level. For a living room or a dedicated reading corner, giving this mural wallpaper an uninterrupted wall allows the varied heights of the watercolour grasses to create an unhurried, tranquil focal point.

Styling it

To complement the botanical watercolour style, we suggest pairing this design with quiet, contemporary Scandinavian furnishings. Low-profile furniture in pale wood, such as light ash or whitewashed oak, mirrors the organic lines without competing with the brushwork. Soft linen bedding or woven upholstery in off-white, oat, or muted neutral tones helps maintain the airy balance of the motif. Keeping surrounding decorative accessories minimal and refined ensures the botanical artwork remains the gentle centrepiece of your space.

Colour combinations

Our wallpaper centers on soft sea green, pale sage, and watery verdant washes, grounded by deep brown-black botanical accents on a crisp, light background. For adjacent painted walls, we recommend pairing this design with warm off-whites, chalky creams, or gentle pale stone tones to maintain the light, luminous mood. If you prefer subtle tonal harmony, a very pale sage or muted seafoam paint on nearby trim or cabinetry can draw out the fresh green pigments in the foliage.
