Wallpaper - Bowl of Summer Fruit II

Created by Morgan Birch, our Bowl of Summer Fruit II wallpaper captures a classic still life with a bold, mid-century modern aesthetic. The composition features a blue and white patterned ceramic bowl overflowing with vivid green summer fruits, resting on a bright red base against a deep navy backdrop framed by leafy branches. The expressive painted textures and popping colours lend an artistic, uplifting character to any interior. Printed custom-made to your dimensions on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface texture, these wallpapers make it easy to introduce vibrant art to your home.

In the room

We love this design in a dining room, kitchen, or pantry where its lively culinary theme naturally belongs. Because the motif functions as a large-scale graphic artwork, it works particularly well as a focal feature wall behind a dining table or along a breakfast nook. In open-plan kitchen and dining spaces, placing this mural wallpaper on an uninterrupted wall helps anchor the eating zone, giving the room a distinctive personality without overwhelming adjacent areas. For smaller pantries, using it across a single accent wall introduces a delightful burst of colour and charm.

Styling it

The confident painted brushstrokes and rich palette pair effortlessly with mid-century modern and contemporary interior furnishings. We recommend styling the room with warm mid-tone timber, such as teak or walnut dining furniture, which complements the deep navy background and earthy greens. Clean-lined silhouettes allow the artwork to stand out as the hero of the room. To balance the vibrant green and red accents in the motif, you can introduce simple ceramics or tableware that pick up on the traditional blue and white detailing of the bowl.

Colour combinations

Our wallpaper combines a rich navy blue background with bright citrus greens, leafy sage, crisp white, and pops of warm red. When decorating surrounding surfaces, deep navy or soft off-white paint on adjoining walls creates an elegant framing effect. For cabinetry, trim, or upholstery, muted olive greens or warm wood tones create a balanced connection to the foliage, while keeping the overall room feeling cohesive and intentional.
