Wallpaper - Iris Field Fall

Our floral wallpaper Iris Field Fall, created by Imary, brings together tall irises in soft purple, dusky pink, and muted white tones rising against a cloudy wash of pastel gray and subtle blue. Slender leaves in muted greens and faded plum shades ground the composition, while delicate watercolour details give the botanical motifs an artistic, atmospheric feel. The airy upper section keeps the overall character quiet and balanced, making this design well suited to calm bedroom feature walls or open living spaces. Our wallpapers are made-to-measure to fit your wall dimensions and are printed on PVC-free paper with a subtle physical structure.

In the room

Because the botanical illustration rises from the base of the design into a soft, cloudy background, we see this working particularly well across a wider uninterrupted wall in a living room or bedroom. Placing the wallpaper behind a low headboard or a streamlined sofa allows the upright stems and expressive iris blooms to remain visible without feeling interrupted. The vertical movement of the leaves draws the eye naturally upward, while the generous breathing space in the upper half prevents the pattern from overwhelming the room. It also works beautifully in a dedicated meditation space, where the muted pastel palette provides visual interest while keeping the room feeling quiet and serene.

Styling it

We recommend keeping surrounding furniture relatively calm and understated so the delicate watercolour details take centre stage. Upholstered pieces in tactile, natural-looking weaves like oatmeal or soft taupe complement the painterly texture of the motif without competing for attention.

When selecting finishes, we would pair this wallpaper with light or muted wood tones such as pale ash or bleached oak to reflect the soft, airy palette. Matte ceramics and simple, uncluttered surfaces help preserve the tranquil mood of the design.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is built on a base of pastel gray and cloudy blue washes, accented by the soft purple, dusty rose, white, and muted olive green of the iris petals and foliage.

To create a cohesive scheme around the design, we suggest drawing out the paler neutral tones with off-white or soft chalky gray on adjacent walls and woodwork. If you prefer a subtler touch of colour, gentle lavender-gray or dusty sage accents on cushions, throws, or painted cabinetry will echo the botanical shades without feeling heavy.
