Wallpaper - Autumn Journey

Our Autumn Journey wallpaper by Jack Krawczyk captures a quiet, rain-soaked road curving gracefully through an autumn woodland. Wet tarmac mirrors the canopy above, reflecting vivid golden yellow, deep amber foliage, and scattered fallen leaves along the stone-lined roadside. A cool, overcast atmosphere balances the fiery seasonal colours, creating exceptional visual depth that draws the eye right along the sweeping road. Printed as custom made-to-measure wall murals on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, our mural wallpapers bring an expansive, immersive perspective to your interior.

In the room

Because the winding road and tree line create strong perspective, this wallpaper works particularly well on an uninterrupted feature wall where the full horizontal sweep can unfold naturally. In a living room, placing the design along the main wall behind a low-profile sofa lets the roadway curve above the seating without feeling obstructed. In a home office or study, positioning the mural facing your desk provides a restful visual focal point across the room. The composition also translates remarkably well to hallways and long entryways, where the natural movement of the path echoes the flow of the space.

Styling it

We recommend pairing this scenic design with simple, grounded interior elements that allow the depth of the forest to remain the hero of the space. Furniture in warm mid-tone woods or clean matte black metal complements the dark tones of the damp tarmac and tree trunks without competing for attention.

To keep the room feeling balanced and open, choose upholstery in understated woven fabrics such as charcoal, oat, or deep forest green. Keeping nearby wall decor minimal ensures the sweeping landscape retains its peaceful, atmospheric presence.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper centres on rich autumn hues, including golden yellow, burnt orange, russet brown, and subtle touches of leafy green, all anchored by cool slate grey and deep charcoal along the wet road.

When decorating around the mural, we suggest using soft off-white or light warm grey on adjacent walls to echo the overcast sky and keep the room bright. For bolder accents across soft furnishings or cabinetry, deep ochre, rust, or rich moss green pick up on the forest canopy and ground the entire palette naturally.
