Wallpaper - Les Andelys Vertical, Duck Egg

Our Les Andelys Vertical, Duck Egg wallpaper brings an understated rhythm to interior walls through varied vertical bands in muted sage green and soft neutral white. Designed by Limolida Studio, the motif has a woven textile-inspired visual character that lends warmth and depth to a clean geometric line pattern. The alternating stripe widths create visual movement without overwhelming the room, offering a balanced backdrop for both heritage and contemporary spaces. Printed to your custom dimensions, our wallpapers are PVC-free and produced on paper with a subtle surface structure that hangs cleanly and easily.

In the room

Because the vertical stripes have an open composition and soft tonal contrast, this design adapts naturally across both expansive and compact residential settings. In a hallway, entryway, or staircase, the upright lines draw the eye upward and bring a clear architectural framework to transitional areas. In a bedroom or guest room, the gentle duck egg green and neutral tones provide a calm, tailored backdrop behind a headboard. We also like this pattern across all four walls of a home office or study, where the structured geometry gives the room a focused, considered feel without competing with bookshelves or work surfaces.

Styling it

The woven appearance and classic stripe arrangement allow this wallpaper to bridge traditional southern style and clean modernism. We would pair it with:

• Mid-tone wood finishes or painted cabinetry to complement the quiet structure of the vertical bands.
• Natural linen bedding, tailored upholstery, and simple woven soft furnishings that mirror the visual textile texture of the print.
• Simple, warm metal accents or ceramic lighting to keep the overall atmosphere grounded and tactile.

Colour combinations

The palette within the design is defined by soft sage green and gentle neutral off-white. To build a cohesive scheme around our wallpaper, we suggest pairing adjacent woodwork and skirting in soft off-whites, muted stone, or deeper olive greens that draw out the leafy undertones. Muted taupes and warm chalky neutrals on adjoining walls also sit harmoniously alongside the stripe, keeping the visual transition soft and uninterrupted.
