Wallpaper - Crocker Parchment, Burnt Sienna

Our Crocker Parchment, Burnt Sienna wallpaper brings together a warm, earthy terracotta-brown palette with the visual character of aged parchment tiles. Structured by a subtle grid of rectangular panels, the design reveals soft variations in tone and a mottled, weathered patina across each square. This balance between geometric order and organic visual texture creates depth without overpowering a room. Produced made-to-measure on PVC-free paper with a subtle surface structure, it is designed to be straightforward to hang while introducing rich, grounded warmth to your interior.

In the room

We see this design working particularly well in spaces where you want to create an intimate, cocooning atmosphere. In a dining room or living room, wrapping the design across several walls turns the space into an inviting sanctuary, especially in the evening when low lighting catches the subtle tonal shifts in the burnt sienna background.

In a bedroom, it makes a handsome backdrop behind a bed, grounding the sleeping area with its deep, earthy warmth. Because the geometric grid is quiet and the colour modulation is gentle, the pattern holds its own across wide, uninterrupted walls without feeling repetitive or visually noisy. It also works beautifully in a study or hallway, where the panelled composition lends architectural rhythm to narrow or compact spaces.

Styling it

To complement the rich, grounded tones of the parchment panels, we would pair this design with simple furniture profiles and honest materials. Darker wood furniture, such as stained oak or walnut, sits naturally against the deep terracotta background, creating a cohesive and classic feel. If you prefer a lighter, more contemporary contrast, pale timber and unvarnished birch offer a clean, striking counterpoint.

For seating and soft furnishings, we suggest textured fabrics in undyed wool, heavy cotton, or washed canvas in stone, oatmeal, or muted cream. These lighter surfaces lift the room and prevent the darker background from feeling too heavy. Matte black metal accents or quiet bronze light fittings work well alongside the subtle grid lines, echoing the structured character of the wallpaper without adding unnecessary shine.

Colour combinations

The wallpaper is defined by rich burnt sienna, warm russet, and deep clay undertones, softened by lighter caramel and parchment accents within each tile.

When painting adjacent walls, trim, or skirting boards, we recommend pairing this design with warm off-whites, creamy chalk tones, or soft plaster shades. These colours provide a gentle transition that keeps the space airy. For a moodier, enveloping palette, you can look toward deep espresso, muted charcoal, or dark olive green on surrounding woodwork and doors.
