Wallpaper - Molten Muse, Neo Mint

Our Molten Muse, Neo Mint wallpaper pairs fluid vertical colour waves with clean geometric overlays in a balanced abstract composition. Designed in collaboration with Irina Chikati, the artwork balances cool neo mint, shimmering turquoise, and soft lavender against grounded geometric planes of warm taupe and charcoal brown. The interplay between liquid motion and architectural forms creates a distinctive visual rhythm across a wall. Produced as made-to-measure mural wallpapers to fit your specific wall dimensions, our wallpaper is PVC-free and features a subtle physical structure in the paper.

In the room

We see this design working particularly well as an accent wall in a contemporary living room, dining room, or bedroom. Because the composition contains larger geometric elements alongside sweeping vertical gradients, giving it an expansive, uninterrupted wall allows the full rhythm of the pattern to show without crowding.

In a living area or dining space, the design provides an expressive backdrop behind lower-profile furniture like a streamlined sideboard or low sofa. The vertical flow of the motif also works nicely in rooms with standard or higher ceilings, drawing the eye upwards while the solid colour blocks anchor the lower portion of the wall. In a bedroom or dedicated home office, placing the wallpaper behind a bed or desk establishes a strong focal point while keeping the surrounding space visually organised.

Styling it

To let the expressive qualities of this design lead the space, we would keep surrounding furnishings relatively understated. Sleek contemporary pieces with clean lines and smooth surfaces create a cohesive dialogue with the geometric overlays.

For materials, matte black metal accents or brushed steel pair naturally with the cooler tones, while furniture in smoked glass or dark stained wood echoes the deeper charcoal areas. Upholstered seating in muted neutrals, such as stone grey or soft oatmeal, provides a calm balance, allowing the vibrant mint and iridescent tones of the wall murals to stand out.

Colour combinations

The palette within our wallpaper centres around neo mint, turquoise, soft lavender, warm bronze-beige, and charcoal. When choosing colours for surrounding walls, woodwork, and major accents, we recommend keeping adjacent surfaces relatively neutral to give the design space to lead.

A soft greige or light warm grey on neighbouring walls ties into the neutral blocks without competing with the main pattern. For a moodier and more cohesive architectural look, deep charcoal or muted slate on nearby trim and cabinetry creates an intentional, dramatic frame that picks up the darkest elements in the design.
